Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Returns To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging
Non-returnable items -Items listed below which can’t be returned. -Sale items (if applicable) Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. -Club Wear When you purchase from the club shop, you are ordering custom made clothing, this cannot be exchanged for sizing issues.
Therefore, it is best to size using: 1) Samples provided to your club, 2) The sizing charts issued with each product.
Personalised items won’t be and cannot be returned.

Refunds (if applicable) Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable) If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@jbrsports.com
Exchanges (if applicable) We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@jbrsports.com and send your item to: - See shipping section
Faulty/damaged/defected item
In the event you have received a defective item, or if your parcel has been damaged upon delivery, please contact us immediately with the following information:
-Order Number -Which item is damaged -A description -Photographic evidence
All claims for damaged parcels must be made within 7 days of the delivery date. Unless proof of damage has been verified by a member of the JBR Sports team, we cannot action a refund, or replacement.
Once we’ve received the above information, we will work quickly to ensure the problem is rectified ASAP.
Please notify us before returning any damaged goods.
Received the wrong item In the unlikely event you receive a wrong item, please contact us immediately with the following information: -Order number -Name of the wrong item you received Name of the correct item you should have received -A photograph of the item you received -Once we have received the above information, a member of the JBR Sports team will work quickly to ensure the correct item gets to you ASAP.
Unless proof that you received the incorrect item has been verified, we cannot begin to take the steps needed to rectify the problem.
You may be required to return the incorrect item, but a member of the JBR Sports team will advise you how to return the item.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over €75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
